To support our team, we are looking for our offices in Yverdon-les-Bains, Switzerland for a :

Documentation Specialist - E-Mobility (6 months assignment)

Purpose :

  • Management of all the customer documentation (ie. User Manuals, Maintenance Manuals, Technical Drawings etc) required for Marine & Ground projects. This entails coordinating between our external customers & Leclanché Engineering to ensure the submission of the required documents to the customer at the agreed timings and required quality levels.

Role&Responsibilities :

  • Management of the documentation process for Marine & Ground projects.
  • Submission of technical documents to our customers according to agreed timings.
  • Interaction with Leclanché engineering, Quality team and our suppliers to oversee the creation or updating of documentation.
  • Assist in resolving open technical issues concerning documents.
  • Meticulous tracking of all stages of the document submission & acceptance process.
  • Co-ordinate internal meetings to track document creation or update status with Engineering.

    • Skills & Experience :

  • Degree or other qualifications ideally in Project Management, Business Management or alternatively Engineering.
  • Personal sense of ownership of all facets of a project or task.
  • Ability to ensure successful completion of deliverables through interaction with all stakeholders.
  • Experience of having worked on complex projects in either professional or academic environment.
  • Very good knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, ERP knowledge.

    • Key Competencies :

  • Meticulous, diligent, and organised.
  • Strong diplomacy and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, tenacious and ability to work under pressure on occasions.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural & multinational environment.

    • Languages :

  • English : native or fluent spoken and written.
  • French : good level spoken would be an advantage.
