Pour l'un de nos clients, un Multi Family-Office basé à Genève, nous recherchons un/une :

PORTFOLIO MANAGER / SUPPORT INVESTISSEMENT

Descriptif de poste

  1. En lien avec l’équipe de Gestion, préparation et exécution des changements d’allocation décidées par le comité d’investissement dans le respect de l’ensemble des contraintes de chaque portefeuille ;
  2. Préparation des supports de décision pour le comité d’investissement ;
  3. Suivi au quotidien des marchés financiers, participation à l’élaboration d’idées tactiques et de solutions d’investissement ;
  4. Suivi des portefeuilles, de leur valorisation en lien avec les dépositaires, vérification des performances et mise en place des reportings internes et externes ;
  5. Suivi rigoureux des opérations et des exécutions auprès des dépositaires et prestataires externes ;
  6. Responsabilité opérationnelle du Portfolio Management System, maintenance au quotidien : réconciliations, intégration des portefeuilles et clients, et production des documents de suivi internes et externes ;
  7. Maintenance quotidienne des portefeuilles (gestion du cash, roll des dérivés, corporate actions, rebalancements, LTV, suivi des frais de dépositaire et fiscalité) ;
  8. Production et mise à jour de la documentation de due diligence des instruments.

Profil recherché

  1. Entre 5 et 12 ans d’expérience ;
  2. Expérience cible : société de gestion ou FO (petite structure) ou une banque traditionnelle (IB ou PB) ;
  3. Ecole de Commerce ou Ingénieur, licence d’université + Master ou CFA ;
  4. Très bonne maîtrise de l’anglais écrit, lu et parlé ;
  5. Maîtrise des outils et systèmes d’information (Excel/VBA, Bloomberg, PMS idéalement Wize, PowerPoint), capacités de modélisation/automatisation de tâches. Capacité à produire des documents de présentation ;
  6. Rigueur, capacité analytique et attention aux détails. Capacité à s’intéresser à des sujets et tâches variés ;
  7. Connaissance des marchés financiers, maîtrise des classes d’actifs principales ;
  8. Expérience de la gestion de portefeuilles, de l’exécution d’ordres sur toutes classes d’actifs et des processus de traitement pré et post transactionnels ;
  9. Expérience de l’analyse de performance des portefeuilles et de la production de documents de reporting à usage interne comme externe.
