B2B KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER
We’re hiring: B2B Key Account Manager & Business Developer – Corporate Gifting
German-speaking Switzerland
Caran d’Ache is looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial B2B sales professional to accelerate the development of our Corporate & Promotional Gifts business across German-speaking Switzerland.
This role is focused on new corporate client acquisition, bespoke gifting projects and long-term B2B partnerships.
You will approach leading Swiss companies and institutions, build relationships with senior decision-makers and develop premium personalized and co-branded solutions. You will manage the full commercial cycle, from prospecting and client brief through proposal, negotiation and successful project delivery.
B2B KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER
YOUR KEY RESPONSABILITIES
Identify and acquire new corporate clients across German-speaking Switzerland
Build relationships with senior and C-level decision-makers
Manage and grow strategic corporate partnerships
Develop bespoke, personalized and co-branded gifting projects
Manage complex sales cycles from prospecting to project delivery
Build and monitor a structured commercial pipeline through CRM
Represent Caran d’Ache at client meetings and selected business events
YOUR PROFILE
At least 7 years’ experience in B2B business development, corporate sales or strategic account management
A proven track record in opening new corporate accounts and developing long-term client relationships
Experience in luxury, premium goods, corporate gifting, hospitality or another high-value B2B environment
Strong prospecting, negotiation and senior stakeholder management skills
Entrepreneurial, autonomous, resilient and results-oriented
Native or fully fluent German and fluent English - French is an advantage
Based in Switzerland and available to travel regularly
