· Encadrer et accompagner les équipes avec une forte présence sur le terrain afin d’assurer la performance opérationnelle et la cohésion.
· Piloter les activités d’usinage, polissage et gravage en garantissant qualité, délais et performance
· Déployer et animer les principes de lean management sur le terrain
· Assurer l’amélioration continue des processus
· Assurer la traçabilité des matériaux précieux
· Collaborer avec les équipes techniques pour optimiser les méthodes et les flux
· Contribuer et maintenir des standards d’excellence propres à l’horlogerie et à la joaillerie
🛠️
· Formation ingénieur ou technicien supérieur en mécanique / microtechnique
· 8 à 10 ans d’expérience en production industrielle
· Expérience confirmée en management d’équipes
· Solides connaissances en mécanique et usinage
· Sensibilité au lean management, aux outils digitaux et à la performance industrielle
· Une expérience en Medtech, mécanique, usinage est un atout
· Leadership terrain, dynamisme et sens de l’organisation
📍 Localisation : région de La Chaux-de-Fonds

3️⃣ Entretien(s) client, incluant un échange technique approfondi.
4️⃣ Entretien final pour présentation de la collaboration et contractualisation.
