About the Role :
We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Business Development / Key Account Manager. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for nurturing relationships with key existing customers while driving initiatives to expand our presence in the medical, industrial high-tech, and A&D markets.
Business Development / Key Account Manager
1. Key Account Management :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for allocated existing customers, ensuring their needs are met.
- Develop a deep understanding of each client's strategic objectives and requirements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to coordinate activities related to customer projects, including engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain management.
- Interface at all levels of customer organization, from R&D through buyer up to CEO
- Champion customer satisfaction and act as a liaison between the client and Cicor, advocating for both parties' interests.
- Utilize CRM systems effectively to manage customer interactions, track account history, and forecast future needs accurately.
