A Day in the Life
In this exciting role as a Sr System Software Engineer, you will be responsible for the development of digital tools to support Medtronic Operations. This is a global role and reports to the Digital Performance Management Director. The ideal candidate should have experience with high-level programming languages such as Python. They should also be familiar with automation in manufacturing, including PLC programming, and have knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies like IIoT sensors. Additionally, proficiency in SQL for relational databases is required. The candidate must have strong problem solving and analytic skills in addition to excellent written and oral communication competencies.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
