Support clients in executing their financial management tasks carried out with a municipal management ERP. You are a member of the support team. Your main tasks are : Level 2-3 customer support on our ERP in the accounting and receivables modules, on-site solutions and corrective implementations. Industry expertise. Profile : Accounting diploma or equivalent. A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in accounting management in a company or fiduciary. Comfortable with ERP tools and SQL knowledge, a sense of service, and ease in contact. We offer : Pleasant working environment, flexible hours, and 1 day of remote work.
