Recenser, analyser, identifier et communiquer les points faibles liés aux processus métier, aux structures organisationnelles ainsi qu’à l’utilisation des moyens informatiques et matériels. Définir les exigences nécessaires à la mise en œuvre de solutions d’entreprise.
Expérience requise : 5 ans minimum.
Tâches principales :
Accompagner les services spécialisés dans l’élaboration de spécifications d’exigences orientées solutions, en tenant compte des exigences système et ergotechniques
Élaborer les bases techniques destinées à la création des mandats de projet
Analyser les interactions globales entre les processus métier, les structures organisationnelles ainsi que l’utilisation des moyens informatiques et matériels
Identifier les points faibles et proposer des pistes d’amélioration
Recenser, contrôler et documenter les besoins techniques ainsi que les attentes des unités organisationnelles dans le cadre de leurs projets
Élaborer des solutions et des bases de décision à partir des exigences identifiées
Formuler des propositions d’optimisation concernant l’organisation structurelle et fonctionnelle
Traduire les exigences métier en exigences TIC
Traiter les demandes de modification formulées par les donneurs d’ordre et les commissions de projet
Préparer les éléments de décision nécessaires aux étapes suivantes
Définir des mesures d’assurance qualité conformément aux exigences établies
Évaluer et valider les solutions d’entreprise au regard des contraintes projet
Élaborer des cas de test
Évaluer et accompagner les tests utilisateurs
Assurer la communication avec les différentes parties prenantes internes et externes
Présenter les résultats et recommandations associés.
