Expérience requise : 5 ans minimum.
Tâches principales :
-Organiser et gérer les cérémonies scrum selon la méthode SAFe (revue, rétrospective, sprint planning, PI-Planning, approche «Inspect & Adapt», daily scrum)
-Assurer le coaching et le développement des équipes
-Garantir et optimiser la méthode de projet agile
-Éliminer les obstacles
-Gérer la collaboration entre les architectes, les product owners et les epic owners
-Accompagner les product owners dans la gestion du backlog
-Assurer l'orchestration au sein de la structure SAFe, apporter un soutien aux RTE
-Participer à l'acquisition des ressources
-Garantir l'application correcte de la méthode scrum.
-Gérer des équipes scrum sur la base de principes agiles, avec en ligne de mire l'auto-organisation.
-Encourager une collaboration d'équipe optimale et une amélioration continue des produits dans le but de maximiser la création de valeur des systèmes TIC.
