Description de posteBachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or a related field 2-4+ years of experience in large-scale event production. Good organizational and logistical skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience preparing professional documents and presentations. Adaptable, detail-oriented, and a team player with a proactive approach. An excellent knowledge of English and French. Knowledge of other languages would be an asset.
For one of our clients in Geneva, we are recruiting, for a assignment of 6 months an events project manager who like to work in an international environment. Are you looking for a next challenging position? This opportunity is for you!
Responsibilities
- Organize and manage logistics for events in Switzerland and abroad (conferences, meetings, receptions, participation in trade shows).
- Oversee budgets, negotiate with suppliers (venues, hotels, catering, transport, audiovisual), and ensure timelines are met.
- Manage invitations and registrations, and prepare necessary materials (badges, plans, logistical information).
- Act as the main on-site contact to ensure smooth event execution.
- Coordinate the annual events calendar and advise internal teams on their own projects.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to manage branded materials.
