We are looking for an experienced Project Manager Civil Engineer specializing in structural engineering to lead and manage construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the management of construction projects in various sectors including residential, industrial buildings, public facilities, and infrastructure.

• Ensure project completion within agreed timelines and budgets , while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Take full ownership of the project from concept to delivery, managing all stakeholders and ensuring optimal outcomes.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering .
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in construction projects (residential, industrial buildings, public infrastructure, etc.).
• Proven ability to manage projects independently from start to finish.
• Strong references from previous employers to validate past project leadership experience.
• Stable professional track record, demonstrating the ability to see projects through all phases.
• Excellent knowledge of Swiss building codes and construction regulations
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant engineering software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills, with fluency in French (other languages are a plus).
• Detail-oriented, precise, and capable of working autonomously.
