You willbe the support of the Events & Experiences Junior Project Manager in the Fashion SwissMarketsRegion (Switzerland, Latin America & India), to orchestrateextraordinaryexperiences for different segments of clients, to continually surprise and delightour clients and reinforceCHANEL’sauthority as a luxury leader.
MISSIONS
Yourrolewillmainlybeto :
Support communications with Global team & Local marketsteam
Support targeting & analysisaround impact of events & experiencesbefore and after
Split into 2 main topics :
Supportingmarkets in facilitiesorganization and all event’sdetailssuch as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, inviteelist, specialguests, equipment, promotionalmaterial etc.
Document post-event feedback consolidation to understand areas of success and improvement
Competitive monitoring consolidation (reporting, insights sharing)
Smoothco-ordination of the logistics for eachExperiencewithstrong attention to detail and reactivity. Including but not limited to invitation management, giftingpreparations, and booking management.
Post-experience feedbacks consolidation to understandour impact and maximizeimprovements
YOUR PROFILE
Studentfrom a Business School or University (Master level), you have a first successfulexperience in the Luxurysector or in Events.
You have a stronginterest in Fashion & Luxurysector.
Yourresponsiveness and reliabilitycombinedwithyoursense of detail and strongorganizationalskillswillbe essential assets to carry out your missions.
You speak English fluently.
Contrat : stage à temps plein (100%)
Début : 01 janvier 2025 au 04 juillet 2025
Durée : 6 mois
Jours travaillés : 5 jours par semaine du lundi au vendredi
Lieu : Genève
