AMAC Aerospace Switzerland AG operates 5 hangars at the Airport Basel-Mulhouse. We are dedicated to maintenance, modification as well as completion projects for mide-size jets, narrow and wide-body aircrafts within the private and business aviation industry.

We are seeking for highly experienced and qualified Technicians within various fields.

Our organization is handling projects for the following Aircraft types :

• Airbus A318 / A319 / A320 / A321 series
• Airbus A330 series
• Airbus A340 series
• Airbus A350 series
• Boeing B757 / B767 series
• Boeing B737 max series
• Boeing B737 300 / 400 / 500 series
• Boeing B737 600 / 700 / 800 / 900 series including BBJ 700 (BBJ1) / 800 (BBJ2) / 900 (BBJ3)
• Boeing B777 series
• Boeing B787 series
• Boeing B747-400 / B747-8i
• Boeing MD-80 series
• Bombardier BD-700 (Global Express / Global Express XRS / Global 5000 / Global 5500 / Global 6000 / Global 6500 / Global 7500) series
• Bombardier BD-100 series (CL 300 / 350)
• Bombardier CL-600-2B16 series (CL 604 / 605 / 650)
• Gulfstream II and III Series, GIV (G650 / 650ER, G450, GV Series, G550, G650, GVI, GVII (G500 / G600)
• Pilatus PC-12 series
• Pilatus PC-24 series

Sheet Metal Technicians

Key Aspects of the Activity

• Manufacturing aircraft components and details and perform assemblies of these parts
• Final installation within the respective aircraft in accordance with technical data provided
• Carrying out repairs in accordance with OEM Structural Repair Manuals (SRMs) and service bulletins / airworthiness directives
• Providing support in production and assembly activities for aircraft components and details
• Providing support in installations performed on the aircraft

Aircraft Systems Technician

Key Aspects of the Activity

• Manufacturing of Water Systems Tubing including Bending and Beading in Accordance with Detailed Drawings
• Assembly and Installation of Systems Hard Tubing and Flex Lines
• Performing 37 Flared Ends and Associated Connection M / S & AS - Flared Connections
• Performing Flareless / Harrison Swage / Permaswage Forming Procedures for Systems Tubing
• Providing support in production and assembly activities for aircraft components and details
• Performing Trouble Shooting / Fault finding activities within Potable Water Supply / Drain and Vacuum sub systems
• Repairing & Replacing Parts in Accordance with OEM Data such as AMMs / CMMs / OEMs and Associated Procedures

Cabinet Shop Technicians

Key Aspects of the Activity

• Manufacturing aircraft components and perform assemblies of these parts for Aircraft Maintenance / Aircraft Refurbishment projects
• Final installation within the respective aircraft in accordance with technical data provided
• Providing support in production and assembly activities for aircraft components and
• details
• Providing support in installations performed on the aircraft

Painters

Key Aspects of the Activity

• Aircraft exterior paint (touch-up, registration, components painting, partial painting)
• Aircraft furniture painting and varnishing

Upholstery Technicians

Key Aspects of the Activity

• Logistic functions within the Upholstery shop
• Modifications and production of new parts in accordance with the requirements of the production organization exposition

• Job relevant education
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar function
• Experience within aviation or similar industry (VIP) would be an advantage
• Good communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently
• Accurate and strong attention to detail and safety
