What to Expect :
- Purchase order creation and follow up (SAP, Ariba)
- Stock movement orders, material master cleaning and materials requirement planning
- Supply planning
- Returns / refurbishment planning (bonus)
- Supplier reports data management
- Invoice management, spare part management
- Updating planning file (sales actuals, forecast, supply plan, inventory update)
- Reports on actual product availability per location
Your qualifications :
- 3rd party manufacturing experience is a must
- General knowledge of supply chain management and 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
- General understanding of monthly and weekly planning processes
- Telecoms experience is considered a strong advantage
- Strong analytical skills with very good Excel and SAP experience (HANA, BI / BW, ERP)
- Fluent in German with a good English level
