Head of Wealth Management
- Establish and develop a dedicated Wealth Management business
- Liaise with the CEO and Board in building the private banking offering
- Firstly attract and maintain your own clients
- Further grow a private banking team which will also focus on attracting clients from their network
- Expand the overall current client and asset base
- Ensure compliance with the regulatory requirements
- Active member of the executive management
- Proven experience of over 10 years in attracting and maintaining own clients
- Ideally experienced in leadership and managing other bankers
- Direct and current client base
- Truly entrepreneurial spirit
- Market focus Switzerland and / or Europe
- Extensive experience in Swiss banking
- Build and nurture relationship with key stakeholders both internally and externally
- Self-motivated and dynamic with an ability to work independently
- Fluent in English with all other languages a plus
