About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and resourceful Assistant Private Investigations M / W for a project-based, one-off engagement. You will be tasked with conducting investigative and research assignments tailored to our client’s unique requirements.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals to start their carrier in private investigations industry and to collaborate with a world-class team on high-profile cases.

Tasks
- Conducting investigations, including surveillance, background checks, due diligence, site visits, interviews and financial inquiries.
- Gathering, analyzing, and interpreting information to deliver actionable insights.
- Preparing detailed reports, summaries, and documentation of findings.
- Collaborating with the internal team to ensure compliance with Swiss legal standards, international private law and client objectives.
- Adhering to the highest levels of confidentiality and professionalism throughout the assignment.
- Using advanced tools, technologies, and databases to support investigative and research efforts.
Requirements
- Ready to learn or proven experience as researcher, analyst, private investigator, relevant analyst, or any investigative role.
- Strong knowledge of Swiss legal and regulatory frameworks regarding investigations and research.
- Understanding private international law, international civil law, international family law, family history research and archives.
- Ready to learn or proficiency in the surveillance techniques, research, interviews, and intelligence gathering.
- Written and verbal communication skills in English, French and German (Italian is a plus).
- Advanced problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and discretion.
- Valid Swiss driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
- Flexible availability to work on a project basis, including evenings and weekends, and work in EU if required. Flexibility to work is one of the most important requirements.
