Gather feedback from clients to inform product development and highlight opportunities for new features or services. Track competitors and emerging trends in construction procurement and digital tools. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing. Collaborate with internal teams (product, customer success, technical) to ensure smooth implementation and onboarding. Achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue KPIs, contributing to Snapbau’s growth strategy. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring they realize maximum value from Snapbau. Monitor client satisfaction and engagement, proactively addressing issues and identifying upsell opportunities. Support the development of long-term partnerships that drive retention and referrals. Proven experience in the construction industry (mandatory). Strong network and understanding of Swiss construction companies and procurement workflows. Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to translate technical product features into clear business value for clients. Fluent in German, proficient in English (fluency in Swiss German is a plus). Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work autonomously while contributing to team goals. Our solution automates and optimises the management of calls for tender and purchasing, enabling construction companies to save time, reduce errors, and centralise collaboration with suppliers .
You will join the team responsible for driving Snapbau’s growth in the Swiss construction sector , building relationships with clients, and helping companies unlock the full potential of digital procurement and sales.
Tasks
Business Development & Client Acquisition
- Identify, approach, and onboard new construction company clients in Switzerland.
- Develop tailored pitches and solutions demonstrating the value of Snapbau’s platform for each client.
