We are embarking on a large-scale project with a leading technology company to develop an AI system with a deep understanding of the humanities.
This part-time, fully remote project offers a unique opportunity to influence the role of AI in Retail .
As a Domain Team lead / Super Expert , your work will involve management and facilitation the success and integration of our expert team.
Your contributions will eventually help shape an AI that educates, inspires curiosity, and promotes a deeper understanding of Retail sphere .

Responsibilities
- Overall domain Strategy : Shaping and advertising on topics, content and other improvements to deliver high quality data in projects
- Quality control of tasks performed by a domain experts team : Providing guidance on task-related questions; regularly reviewing completed work by experts;
providing personalized feedback and discussing it based on quality checks
- Assistance in hiring and training new team members (domain experts)
- Regular participation in team life - assistance to domain experts in solving any emerging work issues, providing guidance on guideline, sharing expertise, as well as keeping experts informed about task availability
- Operational Monitoring and Reporting . Tracking the speed, quality, and productivity dynamics of the team and each domain expert as part of a weekly plan.
Solving problems that negatively affect team performance
Monitoring feedback from editors and labelers , curating and sharing exemplary work with the team
Requirements
- Advanced studies or degree in International Economics and Foreign Trade . Providing your diploma is a plus.
- Proficiency in English ( B2+ )
- Excellent communication and team-building skills. Operations Team Management is a plus (Operations, Service / Call Centers, up to 50 people)
- Good time-management skills
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving project demands
