Afin d’accompagner la croissance de notre agence de Genève, nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) :


IT BUSINESS MANAGER


Qui sera en charge de créer, développer, gérer administrativement et financièrement sa Business Unit :

  • Collaborer avec les recruteurs en place afin d’identifier nos futurs collaborateurs, comprendre leurs ambitions et leur permettre d’intervenir sur un projet pertinent pour la suite de leur carrière ;
  • Assurer le rayonnement de Keyteo et le développement de nos activités via l'identification et la prospection de nouveaux clients ;
  • Détecter les meilleurs projets et proposer la mise à disposition de ses consultants ;
  • Veiller au bon déroulement des différents projets en faisant l’interface avec les clients ;
  • Suivre l’évolution de ses collaborateurs consultants dans leur projet tout comme dans leur carrière ;
  • Piloter son activité en tant que véritable « intrapreneur » (chiffre d’affaires, rentabilité…)
  • Assurer un esprit convivial au sein de son équipe !
Required profile
  • Vous disposez d’un diplôme de niveau Master à orientation technique ou de gestion ;
  • Vous avez une première expérience en tant que Business Manager/Business Developer (6 mois minimum) ;
  • Vous êtes passionné(e) par l’humain et son développement professionnel ;
  • Vous aimez travailler sur base d’objectifs ambitieux avec un retour sur résultats ;
  • Vous possédez un esprit d’entrepreneur avec cette affinité pour le développement d’activités nouvelles ;
  • Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre « bon sens », votre maturité et votre persévérance.
