We are looking for a Quality Control Pharmaceutics Specialist who is detail-oriented collaborative and improvement-driven to join us in our Quality Control team based in our UCB office in Bulle Switzerland .
About the role
As a Quality Control Pharmaceutics Specialist youll support and enhance laboratory operations ensuring compliance with GMP and UCB policies. Youll drive analytical excellence lead improvement initiatives and contribute to strategic and operational goals across the site.
Who youll work with
Youll be part of the Quality Control team collaborating closely with Manufacturing Supply Chain Technical Services and other global UCB departments. Youll also interface with regulatory bodies and external stakeholders during audits and inspections.
What youll do
- Act as SME for analytical methods and lab equipment
- Lead troubleshooting deviations and investigations in the lab
- Support implementation of new methods and equipment
- Maintain inspection readiness and contribute to audits
- Drive continuous improvement in lab processes
- Collaborate on strategy budgeting and cross-functional projects
