The Bio DSLocal Quality Specialist works closely with both local and globalteams to promote high-quality standards and ensure theirintegration into operations. This role involves overseeing productdocumentation to ensure full product knowledge and implementingimprovements in response to business needs, operational excellence,quality, or regulatory requirements. The Local Quality Specialistwill also lead the Change Control Committee at the site level,ensuring smooth, fully integrated, prioritized, and coherentmanagement of changes and regulatory impacts.
Major Responsibilities :
- Workclosely with local and global teams to promote high-qualitystandards, integrating them into operations, and overseeing productdocumentation to ensure full product knowledge. Implementimprovements in response to business needs, operational excellence,quality, or regulatoryrequirements.
- Lead thesite Change Control Committee, ensuring smooth and coherentmanagement of changes and regulatory impacts. Actively support sitemanufacturing and supply activities, particularly product changes,in compliance with GxP and UCB qualitystandards.
- Drive anddevelop the on-site quality culture, influencing teams to embedquality practices into daily activities. Provide support andexpertise in quality systems to help business partners fulfilltheir qualityresponsibilities.
- Approveand authorize quality SOPs, Change Control, deviations, and relateddocuments, while maintaining oversight of product-relateddocumentation. Contribute to the efficient follow-up ofproduct-related change controls by managing relationships withinternal and external stakeholders, includingCMOs.
- Review and approvevalidation protocols, CPV (Continuous Process Verification)reports, and Product Quality Reviews (PQRs). Contribute toinvestigations when necessary, ensuring effective follow-up ofdeviations, incidents, investigations, and CAPAs (Corrective andPreventiveActions).
- Activelycontribute to simplifying and streamlining processes to removeobstacles and support continuous quality improvements. Participatein quality strategies for projects within your area ofresponsibility, providing support and expertise asneeded.
- Approve protocolsand reports for projects with regulatoryimpact.
- Perform Batchrecord review and Release / Reject activities as needed; activelycontribute to the achivements of Team'sobjectives.
