Paralegal Fund Regulations

Aufgaben

Responsible for the analysis and evaluation of the processes of distribution and registration of investment funds in the cross-border area / Responsible for the analysis and evaluation of the regulatory and legal requirements for the distribution and registration of investment funds / Ensuring compliance with these requirements when it comes specifically to fund distribution or distribution licenses for Luxembourg, Cayman Islands, Ireland, etc. / Ensuring that the country-specific compliance lists of requirements for fund documentation, investor information, financial reports, regulatory reporting, etc. are updated / Responsible as contact person to FINMA for the registration of investment funds and correspondence when submitting documents or representing foreign investment funds in Switzerland to FINMA, including account openings / Point of contact for internal stakeholders or investors or fund managers for regulatory questions regarding KYC / AML, due diligence of funds, etc. / Support of the specialist departments in contract management, in the preparation of reports / All-round tasks in connection with fund documents, maintenance of contracts and minutes, in the preparation of general meetings, etc. / Situational ad hoc projects.

Qualifikation

Bachelor in Business Law or Paralegal / Professional experience in a similar function in connection with funds / Generalist knowledge of fund contracts and compliance (KYC / AML, Cross Border, UCITS, etc.) / Dynamic all-rounder personality with organizational talent and enjoyment of independent, results-oriented work / High level of professionalism towards internal and external stakeholders / Eloquent communication skills and pleasant manners / IT flair and MS Office skills / Fluent in German and English.
