To strengthen its financial structure and support ongoing growth, our client is looking for an experienced Treasury Manager with strong analytical abilities, organizational skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset. In this role, you will oversee treasury and liquidity management across a large, diversified group and maintain relationships with numerous financial institutions. You will play a central role in optimizing financial flows, supporting strategic financing projects, and enhancing group-level treasury reporting in a dynamic and evolving environment.

Job

- Manage and monitor group-wide cash and liquidity positions across all entities

- Act as a key user and subject-matter expert in the Treasury Management System

- Develop and refine liquidity planning and treasury reporting processes on a group level

-Contribute to strategic financing and treasury projects

- Coordinate back-office treasury operations and support pension fund activities

- Continuously improve treasury systems and workflows, with a strong interest in digitalization and process optimization

Profile

- Several years of professional experience in treasury management, ideally complemented by knowledge of banking, accounting, or controlling

- Genuine interest in infrastructure-related business models; prior exposure to the energy or industrial sector is an advantage

- Pragmatic and entrepreneurial approach, with the ability to perform under dynamic and complex market conditions

- Excellent prioritization, planning, and communication skills

- Precise, structured, and detail-oriented working style

- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; openness to learning new systems such as SAP or TMS tools

- Excellent command of German, with good working knowledge of French and English
