- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar management-level administrative role.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective interaction with executives employees clients and stakeholders.
- Skilled in calendar management meeting organization and correspondence handling .
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel) ; familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
- Fluent in English ; knowledge of German and Italian is an advantage.
