Missions
- This role reports directly to the Data & Applications Manager and will be the primary connection between key business stakeholders and our technical support team
- Collaborate with business units to translate their requirements into SAP solutions to improve operational efficiency
- Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the SAP system with our support and hosting supplier
- Ensure the integration of SAP systems with other business applications
- Provide technical support and training for SAP process owners
- Coordinate with the Data & Applications Manager to ensure alignment of data strategies supporting the company growth
- Promote data-driven decision making by identifying business needs and implementing BI solutions
- Collaborate with the Data Engineer to develop and improve data architecture, data modeling, and data integration processes
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends to identify opportunities to enhance business capabilities
