Events Coordinator

Full time permanent contract starting in November 2025

You hold a hospitality education degree and have proven experiences in event management. With a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a consistently positive, customer-focused attitude, you bring strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail. You work well independently while also thriving in a team environment. Your solid administrative and coordination abilities are complemented by fluency in both English and French, spoken and written. You are flexible and available for occasional evening and weekend activities and hold a valid driving licence.

As  Events Coordinator , your mission will be to support the

organization of all Sommet Education Open Days, new student arrivals, and

individual campus visits for potential students and other guests. You will assist with

additional events related to enrollment activities, ensuring flawless execution

and attention to detail, delivering a five-star experience to all visitors,

reflecting the exceptional level of hospitality that our schools instill in

their students.
