About the Role : Join our dynamic team to lead and manage high-profile urban development projects. As a Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of public space and urban infrastructure projects.
You will collaborate with various stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Major Projects : Manage and drive significant public space and urban infrastructure projects from conception to completion.
- Stakeholder Coordination : Work closely with different departments and external partners to ensure seamless project execution.
- Administrative Management : Handle all project-related administrative tasks, including budgeting, reporting, and compliance with public policies.
- Quality Assurance : Ensure all projects meet technical, environmental, and public policy standards.
Requirements
Ideal Candidate :
- Educational Background : Degree in Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture.
- Experience : Proven track record as a project manager in public space or urban development.
- Skills : Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with public procurement procedures.
