Your main tasks
- Your Mission : You are our first point of contact when it comes to external talent—and play a central role in connecting our growing company with the right people. Together, we will develop a modern People & Organization team that actively supports our business
- You will take sole responsibility for the entire recruiting process – from clarifying requirements to signing contracts
- You will design job advertisements, manage tenders, and conduct interviews with passion and professionalism
- You will support our managers as a competent partner throughout the entire end-to-end recruiting process
- You will advise and inspire on all topics related to recruiting, talent attraction, and employer branding
- You will ensure a positive candidate experience – transparent, appreciative, and human
- You will contribute your own ideas to further develop our recruiting processes, tools, and systems
- You will represent us at trade fairs and events and raise the profile of our employer brand
