Un stage enrichissant, au cœur Ressources Humaines.

Nous recherchons un(e) Stagiaire Ressources Humaines motivé(e) et passionné(e) pour intégrer notre équipe dès avril / mai 2027, pour 6 mois.

Votre mission

Accompagné(e) par notre équipe Ressources Humaines, vous participerez activement à :

  • L’accueil et l’accompagnement des collaborateurs tout au long de leur parcours au sein de l’établissement.
  • Le suivi administratif des dossiers du personnel (contrats, certificats, attestations, classement et mise à jour des données).
  • La participation à l’intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs et stagiaires.
  • Le support aux différents projets RH et à la vie quotidienne du département.

Votre profil

  • Étudiant(e) en école hôtelière, dans le cadre d’un stage conventionné.
  • Une première expérience en hôtellerie de luxe constitue un véritable atout.
  • Excellente maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
  • Intérêt marqué pour les Ressources Humaines et l’univers de l’hôtellerie de luxe.
  • Rigueur, sens de l’organisation et discrétion dans le traitement des informations.
  • Aisance relationnelle et esprit d’équipe.
  • Proactivité, curiosité et envie d’apprendre dans un environnement exigeant et stimulant.
