Social Media Strategy & Editorial PlanningDefine and manage strategy on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other emerging platforms.Suggest new social platforms / tools.Design and monitor the editorial calendar in line with the brand’s key moments.Align the social strategy with marketing, e-commerce, and brand image objectives.2. Content Creation & SupervisionProduce (or oversee the production of) creative content : visuals, videos, carousels, stories, Reels, TikToks, etc.Write or approve copy (posts, captions, newsletters) in line with the brand’s tone of voice.Collaborate with internal teams (studio, product, marketing) and external partners (agencies, freelancers, talents).3. Community ManagementInteract with followers : respond to messages, comments, and mentions.Build and nurture an engaged community around the brand and its values.Identify and manage brand ambassadors.4. Influencer Marketing & PartnershipsIdentify relevant influencer profiles (macro & micro) in the high-end fragrance / lifestyle / beauty space.Approve influencer lists proposed by local markets and track performance.Organize gifting campaigns with performance tracking.Handle communications and negotiations with talents.5. Analysis & OptimizationTrack and analyze key KPIs : engagement rate, reach, traffic generated, community growth, social conversions.Deliver regular reports with strategic recommendations.Conduct competitor and creative monitoring.
