As our new social media trainee, you will :
Dailymunity Management :
Handle tasks related tomunity management, including responding toments and messages, in close collaboration with the Customer Care and Brand Managers teams
Content Creation and Publication :
- Manage the creation and posting of the Morning News on Instagram Story
- Create daily financial chart on X
Strategy Execution :
Implement the defined content strategy on Swissquote's new platforms : WhatsApp, Telegram, and Threads
Support Social Media Managers :
- Assist in producing eye-catching visuals with Canva and crafting engaging captions to enhance user interaction
- Conduct benchmarking ofpetitors to improve our Social Media strategy
- At least 6 months of experience in marketing or relevant field
- Good understanding of marketing best practices and activations across social media platforms
- Strong interest in fintech and financial markets is highly desirable
- French-speaking with excellent writing skills, and a very good level in English. Knowledge of German or any other language is a plus
- Positive attitude, proactive approach, detail-oriented, customer-oriented, and adept at multitasking
- Holds or is on track to obtain a Professional or Bachelor's degree inmunication or marketing
