Global Director of Sales and Enrolment - Undergraduate
The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of professional experience, including at least 7 years in senior leadership roles within sales, enrolment, or commercial functions, preferably in the international education sector or a fast-paced, global environment. An MBA or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required; exceptional experience may substitute for academic qualifications.
You will have a proven track record of delivering strong commercial results, leading multicultural teams across regions. You are strategic, entrepreneurial, innovative, and highly data-literate, capable of designing and executing growth strategies in competitive markets. Strong cross-cultural communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
As the Global Director of Sales and Enrolment for Undergraduate programs, you will set the strategic vision and lead global execution of undergraduate enrolment efforts across Glion and Les Roches. Your focus will be on driving growth through innovation, channel development, and customer-centric strategies to meet enrolment and revenue targets.
You will play a key role in expanding market presence, enhancing the student journey, and leading a high-performing, globally distributed team. The role requires aligning commercial, academic, and operational priorities to deliver long-term value for students and the institution.
Main Responsibilities :
- Define and execute the global sales and enrollment strategy for undergraduate programs, ensuring alignment with brand positioning, market dynamics, and growth objectives.
- Develop and optimize core UG recruitment channels, including high schools, academic pathways, and agent networks, to expand reach and enhance brand visibility.
- Oversee the entire enrollment pipeline, driving conversion, maximizing ROI, and achieving enrollment and revenue goals.
- Lead, inspire, and scale a high-performing global team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous development.
- Implement a data-driven, customer-centric approach to improve student engagement, conversion strategies, and the overall student experience.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Revenue, Admissions, and Academics to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, support product innovation, and ensure exceptional student experiences worldwide.
