Pour notre client, une grande entreprise située à Lausanne, nous sommes à la recherche d' un.e IT Supporter.
Vos activités chez votre futur employeur
- Vous commandez, installez, déployez et gérez le matériel informatique du parc (ordinateurs, périphérique, téléphones, imprimantes, etc)
- Vous fournissez un support de niveau 1 et 2 auprès des utilisateurs sur site et à distance
- Vous rédigez et mettez à jour la documentation techniques
- Vous gérez les déménagement des postes de travail
- Vous gérez la gestion de l'inventaire d'actifs
Vos atouts pour votre futur employeur
- Vous avez un CFC d'informaticien ou diplôme jugé équivalent
- Vous êtes de langue maternelle française, avec de bonnes connaissances en allemand, en italien ou en anglais
- Vous avez un permis de conduire valide
- Vous êtes orienté.e solution, avec une bonne capacité d'analyse et un bon relationnel client
