Product Manager / Product Owner - Financial Services

The Financial Service Product Manager / Owner is responsible for the end-to-end management of issuing banking product Everest, including credit cards.

This role involves overseeing product development, market analysis, regulatory compliance, and strategic planning to ensure products meet customer needs and business objectives.

The Product Manager / Owner will collaborate with cross-functional teams to inspire innovation, support customer experience, and achieve financial targets.

Key Functions

• Support and End-to-End implementation of the financial service product strategy & portfolio
• Ownership of the Financial Services product lifecycle
• Product definition (4P’s : Product, Price, Place, Promotion)
• Go-to-Market concept & rollout
• Product operationalization (Documentation, Sales Support training, contract, KPI definition and monitoring, etc.)
• End to End Requirements Engineering from settlement to payout / reconciliation (incl. UX design & Mockups)
• Analyzing and mapping existing and new business processes
• Stakeholder management (customers, users and internal teams)
• Support user story creation incl. acceptance criteria
• Solution review (functional process) before development
• Reviews and accepts the work completed by the development team, ensuring that it meets the defined acceptance criteria and delivers the expected value to customers
• Collaborate with colleagues Product Managers, PO’S / RE’s, Delivery Planning Manager, User Experience, Project Management, Customer Support and Sales
• Write the technical product documentation together with Development

Requirements

• Fluent English
• Experience in product management within the banking or financial services industry
• In-depth knowledge of issuing and digital banking products
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively
• Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and data analysis software (e.g., SQL, Excel,Tableau)

Preferred Qualifications :

• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar Agile certification
• Experience with customer experience and user interface design
