Ticketing & Service Intern

As a unified commerce Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform powered by AI, we provide attractions such as theme parks, museums, and theaters with an all-in-one solution to effectively manage, market, and price their products.

We are a fast-growing SaaS startup, and we're looking for a Ticketing & Service Intern to join our dynamic team. This role is a great opportunity to contribute to a growing company, work with a tight-knit team, and help shape our account management operations.

This internship position provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic realm of event management and ticketing software .

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Event management team to ensure seamless integration of ticketing processes with event logistics, such as venue setup, material preparation, and entry procedures.
• Provide outstanding customer service by answering inquiries from event attendees, addressing ticketing-related issues, and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide on-site event support , such as managing ticket sales at the box office, scanning tickets, and assisting with event operations as needed.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in event management, hospitality, business, or a related field.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
• Possesses a tenacious hacker-mindset , adept at finding creative solutions and acting quickly.
• Passion for events and customer service, with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed, based on event schedules.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanour in French and English , German being a plus.
