We are a fast-growing SaaS startup, and we're looking for a Ticketing & Service Intern to join our dynamic team. This role is a great opportunity to contribute to a growing company, work with a tight-knit team, and help shape our account management operations.
This internship position provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic realm of event management and ticketing software .
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Event management team to ensure seamless integration of ticketing processes with event logistics, such as venue setup, material preparation, and entry procedures.
- Provide outstanding customer service by answering inquiries from event attendees, addressing ticketing-related issues, and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide on-site event support , such as managing ticket sales at the box office, scanning tickets, and assisting with event operations as needed.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in event management, hospitality, business, or a related field.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Possesses a tenacious hacker-mindset , adept at finding creative solutions and acting quickly.
- Passion for events and customer service, with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed, based on event schedules.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanour in French and English , German being a plus.
