MS Dynamics 365 ERP specialist

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into MS Dynamics ERP solutions.
• Implement, configure, and customize MS Dynamics ERP modules according to business needs.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for MS Dynamics ERP system issues.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, customizations, and integrations.
• Conduct end-user training sessions to ensure effective utilization of the MS Dynamics ERP system.
• Stay updated with the latest developments and best practices in MS Dynamics ERP technology.
• Participate in the evaluation and selection of third-party integrations and extensions for MS Dynamics ERP.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of MS Dynamics ERP with other business systems.
• Perform data migration and system upgrades as needed.
• Proactively identify opportunities for system improvements and optimizations.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with MS Dynamics ERP systems.
• Proficiency in configuring and customizing MS Dynamics ERP modules such as Finance, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources, etc.
• Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience with integration of MS Dynamics ERP with other business systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with SQL Server and database management.
• Microsoft Dynamics certifications (e.g., MB-300, MB-310) preferred.
• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
