As head of the Delivery Framework Team you will be responsible to develop and continuously improve the IT Project Management Framework as well as the Global Test Strategy.

This includes the definition of standards, guidelines, processes and tooling in these areas as well as driving their implementation for classic / agile projects and Agile Release Trains.

In addition you will ensure suitable monitoring of framework adherence by defining controls and reports as part of the Julius Baer IT Governance.

You will steer changes to the Delivery Framework as well report on adherence controls in Management and Governance Meetings.

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Managerial role requiring skills to manage a small team (5) of specialists within the Delivery Quality Center of Excellence Sector
• Preparation of governance steering and decision bodies to drive framework adherence, optimization and acceptance
• Definition and improvement of all framework related elements including coordination of new delivery tools
• Training and rollout coordination of changes to the delivery community
• Closely collaborate with all stakeholders involved in project management and governance topics. This includes project management, architecture, engineering, operations, risk among others

YOUR PROFILE

• Expert Project Management knowledge and working experience in agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and classic methodologies (Waterfall)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to decompose complex solutions and insights into a simple narrative for the rest of the company
• Support team members skills development
• Responsible for budget execution and forecast in own functional area
• 3-5 years leading a team in IT
• Higher education (e.g. University, Fachhochschule ) in computer science.
• Working knowledge of German is beneficiary, excellent command of English
• Certificates in the area of Project Management, SAFe and DevOps are a strong plus
• Certificates in Test Management are a strong plus
• Certificates in Requirements Engineering are a plus
• Banking background a strong plus
