About your role

Based on your strong understanding of business risks in a regulated environment, you will ensure first-class risk monitoring and have the relevant compliance and legal topics under control at all times.

Consistent with our Operational Excellence claim, it is your responsibility to develop and implement a comprehensive framework to ensure a high-level risk and compliance culture with first and second line of defense.

What will you do?

• Responsible for risk management and all regulatory, legal and compliance issues of the Group, its investment compartments and all advisory and client mandates
• Responsible for monitoring compliance in all areas of asset management and fund governance along the value chain (CISA, FinSA / FinIA, KYC, AML, cross-border, market integrity and conflicts of interest)
• Support projects such as the structuring of new products and offers in the Swiss market and in other jurisdictions
• Monitor, control and develop the ICS as well as the directive system
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, particularly regulatory authorities and external legal advisors

What experience do you need?

• University degree in business administration or law
• Further education in risk management, compliance or as an auditor is an advantage
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in a similar function within a regulatory environment
• Experience in asset management or private equity is a bonus
• Entrepreneurial thinking and a can do attitude
• Goal-oriented, ambitious and independent
• Highly competent in communicating and dealing with various stakeholders
• Excellent German and very good English language skills
