Our client is a renowned provider of cutting-edge software solutions in the health and P&C insurance sectors. In light of the expansion of the company, as Legal Counsel you will have a crucial role in providing legal advice, managing legal affairs, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations for the company, which operates across Switzerland, Germany, and Croatia.

Your tasks

Your primary responsibilities will include :

• Devising and implementing the company's legal strategy in alignment with its business objectives.
• Drafting and updating all legal company documents, such as client contracts, rental agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and general terms and conditions.
• Overseeing and negotiating various contracts, including SaaS, software and subscription licenses, maintenance agreements, partnerships, vendor agreements, and customer contracts.
• Ensuring the company's adherence to local and international laws and regulations, including those related to intellectual property, data privacy, and cybersecurity.
• Managing and overseeing any legal disputes, litigation, or legal proceedings involving the company.
• Identifying and assessing legal risks associated with business activities and developing strategies to mitigate them.
