As a Lead Java Manager , you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of developers in delivering high-quality applications across diverse sectors, including banking, insurance, pharma, railway, retail, and resources.
Your role will encompass :
- Engineering Excellence : Architecting and implementing robust backends designed for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Team Leadership : Guiding a team in the design and development of Java applications, ensuring an exceptional user experience in collaboration with other teams.
- Process Optimization : Overseeing the design and implementation of continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Involvement in architecture design, DevOps, system integration, and test automation, tailored to the needs of each project.
What we are looking forward to
- Educational Background : A degree in an IT- or tech-related field.
- Experience : At least five years of Java development experience, including leadership roles in project teams.
- Technical Expertise : Proficiency in globally supported frameworks, particularly Java and Spring. Experience or certifications in other tech areas a plus.
- Soft Skills : A strong appreciation for clean, well-documented code, with a cooperative, agile, and solution-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in one of the regional languages (GER / FR / IT) are essential.
