Shipping Specialist (a)

Aufgaben
- In dieser Position bist Du zuständig für die administrative Abwicklung von Transporten im zugewiesenen geografischen Bereich (Übersee)
- Du erstellst rechtskonforme Versanddokumente und gewährleistest einen reibungslosen Imports im Zielland
- Anweisung und Überwachung der Versandmodalitäten sowie Organisation und Disposition der Transporte
- Kalkulation von Preisen und Verhandlungen mit internationalen Transportunternehmen
- Ausführung von administrativen Aufgaben
- Klärung von Zoll- und Steuerfragen
Anforderungen
- Vorzugsweise kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise als Speditionskaufmann / -frau
- Weiterbildung im Bereich Export oder Internationale Spedition von Vorteil
- Erfahrung in Import- und Zollabwicklung
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office sowie SAP
- Solide Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung, exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und organisatorisches Geschick komplettieren Dein Profil
