About the role
For our client, a company active in the energy sector, we are looking for a PowerBI services expert to join the team as a PowerBI services data analyst, in close collaboration with the business experts.
As a member of a dynamic team and company, you will be required to work with a wide variety of people (traders, charterers, operators, market analysts, quant, etc.) on a variety of subjects that are constantly evolving. The trading activity is by nature fast-paced and changing, in a dynamic and complex environment that requires you to understand the business and react very quickly.
Job duties
- Support our current PowerBi resource to migrate our portfolio of reports to the PowerBI services version
- Refine our Data Governance and implement best practices to manage and optimize access to data sources
- Take over the developments made in order to access the Data Sources from the Cloud (Azure)
- Be the privileged link between the business collaborators and the IT department
- Contribute to the necessary evolutions of the reports before the migration to PowerBI services
- Ensure level 2 / 3 application support on the PowerBI suite on premise and services
