What would your role be?

As a Senior UI Designer, collaborate closely with colleagues in UX Design, Development, Product Management, and Branding to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces for our digital channels in Private Banking.

Take responsibility for the visual design, ensuring a consistent brand identity across all channels.

Lead the development and maintenance of our design system to provide a unified and scalable user experience.

Conduct design reviews to ensure that the user interfaces meet the highest standards and enhance the user experience.

Utilize your expertise and creativity to help establish design standards and inspire the team with best practices and innovative approaches.

What are we looking for?

Hold a degree or certification in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.

Bring at least five years of experience in UI design, particularly with complex applications.

Demonstrate your skills in using Figma for design work and Adobe Creative Suite for creating animations, illustrations, or icons.

Contribute your experience in developing and maintaining design systems.

Enjoy collaborating as part of a team, presenting your ideas clearly while working with diverse backgrounds.

Bring any experience in the financial industry as a bonus.

Speak German fluently and have a good command of English.

Approach your work with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and show strong initiative.
