Data Engineer “Behavioral Data” – (80 - 100 %)

As part of a small expert team, you will collaborate various business units, primarily our marketing teams, regarding "lead generation".
This role involves collecting, analyzing, and preparing large datasets to gain valuable insights into human actions and decision-making processes.

What would your role be?
- Design and further development of the data architecture around behavioral data, in particular web tracking data
- Implementation of processes for data enrichment, data integration and data quality
- Maintenance and enhancement of the "CDP" customer data platform
- Operation s and further development of related services (Tealium IQ, Tealium EventStream , Tealium AudienceStream ) for behavioral data
- T racking framework integration in to various applications
- Definition and specification of Vontobel wide event taxonomy
- Optimization and automation of lead generation processes, in close coordination with the Vontobel marketing teams
What are we looking for?
- Degree in Data Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Strong programming skills in SQL and experience with dbt .
- Strong data analytics skills
- Familiarity with cloud technologies, preferably Microsoft Azure and Snowflake.
- Experience with JavaScript, Python
- Experience with Enterprise Customer Data Platforms like Tealium, Segment, Salesforce CDP (Data Cloud for Marketing) is a plus
- Experience in d ata visualization ( e.g. Tableau) is a plus
- Advanced understanding of digital marketing and lead generation processes is a plus .
- Proficiency in written and spoken German and English.
- Strong team player with a high motivation to develop products with high business value .
