Aufgaben
Als SAP Team Lead liegt dein Aufgabengebiet in der Führung des Teams sowie die Verantwortung für die Einhaltung der Projektziele.
In dieser Position übernimmst du eine verantwortungsvolle Rolle als Coach, Mentor, um die Leistungsfähigkeit des Teams zu fördern.
Mit deinem fachlichen Knowhow sorgst du zudem für inhaltliche Guidance.
Qualifikation
Umfangreiche Berufserfahrung als SAP Lead, idealerweise im SAP Finance & Real Estate. Ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenz. Ein hohes Mass an Selbstständigkeit und Kooperations- und Konfliktfähigkeit sowie sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
