Digital Designer – Full Time

Job Description

In this role, you will lead the concept, design and execution of outstanding digital solutions for integrated, cross-channel initiatives, including major web initiatives, digital advertising and marketing.

On a day-to-day basis, your role will include :

• Engage in client meetings to gather requirements, understand business objectives and build strong relationships.
• Conceptualise and design digital assets for campaigns as well as intuitive, user-centred user interfaces that increase user satisfaction and engagement.
• Develop personas, user flows, wireframes and prototypes that align with client, project and user goals.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including strategists, copywriters, developers, product managers and other designers.
• Present design decisions and solutions to clients and stakeholders.
• Proactively identify potential design issues and propose effective solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools and technologies to constantly improve our offering.
• Develop and implement innovative design strategies that set us apart from the competitors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Design, UX / UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3-5+ years' experience as a Digital Designer, UI Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficient in UI / UX design tools such as Figma and Adobe XD.
• Skilled in graphic design software like Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Creative thinking and innovation in design concepts.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German; French is a plus.

Additional Information

• Working knowledge of Motion Design, with familiarity in After Effects for creating motion graphics and animations.
• Familiarity with responsive web design and front-end development, including basic HTML / CSS; experience with Webflow is a plus.
• Experience in conducting user research and usability testing is a plus.
• Previous experience in client-facing roles or consultancy environments is advantageous.
