What is this job about?

As a Systems & Data Architect (IT&OT) at EthonAI you will engage directly with our customers, help them integrate our software into the local IT&OT systems, using data and analysis to understand their pain points, and leverage your insights to shape the product development. You will work cross-functionally with partners across Product, Engineering and Sales, using a data-driven approach to ensure we are empowering our customers to get the most out of our EthonAI products.

What do you need to succeed in this role?

Your  Roles & Responsibilities

Engage directly with customers, including visiting their factories, to understand and solve  their pain points.

Help integrate EthonAI's tools in factory IT&OT systems to provide proofs of value and additional insights to customers.

Write custom data loaders for the EthonAI platform, in collaboration with engineers and customers.

Work cross-functionally with the product, engineering and sales teams to provide the customers’ point of view, to help us perfect our platform and product offering.

Your  Experience & Skills

You hold an academic degree from a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering. A Master's degree for recent graduates or a Bachelor's backed with real-world experience.

You have worked with at least one of the following technologies : SCADA, MQTT, OPC UA, or REST.

You enjoy working directly with customers to solve their problems.

You have working knowledge of Python and SQL.

Demonstrated ability to use data to understand customer pain-points.

Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English & German.
