In this role you will be responsible for :
- Coordination and support in creation of overall Operations strategy in close collaboration with Operations subfunctions.
- Identify, understand Operations needs and risks and ensure they are addressed.
- Define and review the process of Operations strategy. Facilitate and moderate related activities such as workshops and presentations.
- Management and execution of strategic projects and related reporting and communication.
- Work closely with individual Operations leaders to set up, structure, and support strategic initiatives.
- Independently lead and manage strategic projects as per Operations strategy and business needs.
- Create appropriate documentation and communication material (e.g. presentations) for management reviews.
- Define and set up adequate governance and support structures to facilitate follow-up on Operations strategy execution progress.
If you have / are :
- Bachelor degree in manufacturing, Business Administration or related field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience working on strategic topics, preferably in an Operations and / or industrial field.
- Excellent analytical and project management skills.
- In depth knowledge about Operations Excellence processes and needs.
- In depth knowledge about strategic approaches and methodologies.
- Project management skills, ideally in automotive or related industry (e.g. OEM of the Automotive industry).
- Previous experience in Automotive industry would be a great plus.
- Solid MSOffice (especially advanced PowerPoint) skills is a must.
- Fluent English language (oral and written) is a must. Any additional language is a big plus.
