To fuel and sustain the growth, we are seeking a Global Head of Product Technology Transfers (TT) who will be responsible for leading and guiding the global activities regarding new product implementation into manufacturing sites as well within commercial manufacturing sites.

The Global Head of Technology Transfer will be responsible for leading and guiding the TT activities within Galderma manufacturing sites and also CMO business. The global head will act as business process owner for TT (business process, tools, deliverables) and is in charge leading a matrix organization of tech transfer leads in each manufacturing sites to ensure that appropriate level of leadership, oversight, communication and stage gates are applied across all modalities (Consumer health, aesthetics, pharma)

Key Responsibilities

This position leads as matrix leader a team of Tech Transfer Leads located at different sites (receiving sites), evaluates, and plans overall TT schedule, general TT resources in closed alignment with Leadership Team Provide global technical and business leadership for the technology transfers (TT) of new product introduction into the manufacturing facilities or transfer of existing commercial manufacturing processes across sites. Defines and owns the business process for TT, deliverables, tools, and standards used across all sites and teams to track progress, reporting of risk and stakeholder management. Member of the MS&T Leadership Team and will need to operate at an enterprise level on behalf of the MS&T organization. Organize and holds Stage Gate Reviews for TT, tracks critical performance indicators for TT. Develops together with Technical Platform Leads the overall technology transfer strategy, seeks stakeholder and leadership endorsement. Provides facility fit assessment into as requested and works with TT Leads and Site Platform SMEs in the MS&T local team to execute facility fit assessments as needed

Skills & Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in a related scientific discipline such as chemical engineering, chemistry, pharmacy, or pharmaceutical engineering or biotechnology.
• Technical Expert with extensive experience in pharmaceutical, medical devices industry in related areas of process technology scale up, transfer, validation of new products and / or existing products for expansion as previous subject matter expert (Scientists / Engineer) or tech transfer lead.
• A minimum 2-5 years of experience as Project Manager or Matrix Leader of a cross functional team with people leadership experience (Direct / indirect as matrix leader)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English
