Global Product Manager - Allergy Diagnostics

This role is responsible for the management of the portfolio of allergy diagnostic products and is responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from market research and product development to launch and postlaunch performance Product Strategy and Development :
- Develop and implement product strategies aligned with company goals and market demands.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Work closely with R&D, regulatory, and clinical teams to guide product development and ensure alignment with market requirements.
Product Lifecycle Management :
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch and post-launch evaluation.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery of new products and updates.
- Monitor product performance and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Market Analysis and Insights :
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activity to identify opportunities and threats.
- Generate insights from market research to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the allergy diagnostic market and related technologies.
Stakeholder Collaboration :
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, marketing, sales, and regulatory to ensure successful product development and launch.
- Communicate product plans, status, and updates to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Act as the product champion internally and externally, representing the product line at conferences, customer meetings, and other events.
Sales and Marketing Support :
- Develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Provide training and support to the sales team, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and tools to effectively promote the products.
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials, sales tools, and educational content.
Regulatory and Compliance :
- Ensure all products comply with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Support the preparation of regulatory submissions and documentation as needed
- Bachelor / Master's degree in Life Science, Medical Technology, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years in In Vitro Diagnostics, medical devices, biotech industry, or relevant consultancy.
- Experience in marketing capital equipment
- Experience in allergy diagnostic
- Strong commercial and marketing skills.
- Ability to build and defend business cases with strong financial acumen.
- Strong interpersonal skills for professional interaction with customers and peers.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work strategically and operationally.
- Fluent in English
- Ability to travel globally up to 30%
